multiple virtual directories using web setup project

hello ,
i have prepared a msi using setup and deployment by selecting web setup project
the thing is that it is creating only one virtual directory in IIS as my applicatio contains two virual directories how do i create second virtual directory
please guid

Thank for reply ; but my issue is different ; i am creating one virual directory with the help of msi ;
by installing the msi it will create a virtual directory at inetpup
for eg after running msi suppose it will create a virtual directory as
(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\abc) abc is my web application name

Now within the same path i want my another web application is there which need to be converted as a virual directory say
(C:\inetpub\wwwroot\abc\xyz) xyz is my second web application
i.e abc is my main virual directory and xyz is my sub virtual directory

how do i do with this using one msi
