Actually it does work!!! I just did it in VB2010 with the above link!!!

Go to that EXACT link download the code and then place the .DLL inside your project and then you can use your webcam!!! Very amazing!!!

Sorry, you cannot. Web camera is a piece of hardware. If you try to put in on such a flat thing as screen, it won't fit. :-)
