If My project is partially done and i want to handover to project manager(PM)...means there are some minor issue and i dont have time to solved and i want to handover to PM so he can send that to expert..so any one can tell me the standard format to give that problem to PM..

There's no standard format for project handover, IMO. This depends on the standards of the company, the contract you have signed(if you signed one), etc. However, based on the previous companies I worked for, there are some similar steps on their processes. You may want to:

1. Inform the PM that the project will be handed over. This may include handing over the application, including necessary design documents.
2. Regardless of whether the project has issues or not, the PM, or whoever the project will be handed to, will need to provide signoff, meaning, that they already understand the project, they already familiarized themselves on the technical details of the application, and they agree that its their turn to do maintenance/enhancement to the system.

Better review your contract, or ask the PM on how to handle this kind of scenario.
