Comunication between C# BHO and java script

Please help me i really need example code comunication between C# BHO and java script. I don't know how to call some function from my BHO object in the java script code previously injected into every html pages loaded into ie browser.
I am gathering some information in my injected javascript and i need some way to pass it into my BHO.
Maybe exist some C# library which allows me to use all java script features, becouse i have a lot of js code and i don't want rewrite it on C# (maybe C# doesn't have some js methods wich allow me to work with DOM) Please help me i really need example code comunication between C# BHO and java script. Are you using Browser Helper Object to create an IE plug-in?

Yes i am using Browser Helper Object to create an IE plug-in. The main aim of my BHO is intercept all http request from browser. I don't know how i can do that in my BHO thats why i wrote js code which handle submit event.
