Not able to use access 97

Hello,

I want to install Office 97. I Installed It but Access 97 is not opening. Its showing a message that

"Microsft access can not start because there is no license for it in this machine."

But Word, Excel,Powerpoint is working.

I Want it to create connectivity with vb 6.0.

I want to use 97 only,
what to do please suggest.
