Visual Basic database problem

I have created one website using visual basic 2008 internal database SQL2005 two months before.
Now today i have tried to open that website but the page is showing database error.
So, I tried to open my database in server explorer. But it is showing a "error:26"
Plzz help me i need to submit my this proj by tommorow and the whole database is in error....
Any help regarding this error26 will be helpful....

You can wait for others response, but I think sharing more info just than 'But it is showing a "error:26"' would be helpful.

A quick google of "error:26" sent me here: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified[^] which looks pretty relevant. Start reading!
