I'm guessing that what you actually mean is how can you use SqlExpress on a web host? The answer is that you probably can't but you'd need to contact them directly to ask the question.

On the off chance that what you mean is related to what a connection string should look like have a look here[^].

You may also not be sure how to put a connection string into the web config so look at this[^].
