Can a text file be saved in databse?

Hi,
I want to know , is it possible that a text file is recieved via bluetooth and that is saved in database,that is linked to VB at run time? I mean, the files are being recieved by the system continuously and the timer in VB is updating the table by saving those text files there in database ? or if you can tell me any other scenario for this, kindly tell me that too,
