der is not a word in English, it is in German. Ur is not a word.

ASP.NET is a framework for creating HTML. There is no way it can ever interact with your inbox. C# and VB.NET can interact with your inbox, that's a different matter. How that would work, depends on what you're taking about. Is it outlook ? Is it gmail ? Whatever sort of email you use, web or through a fat client, will determine the answer in part, but here[^] and here[^] are the answers you could have found if you bothered to look for yourself.
