Asp.net Ajax function is not working

Hi frnds.....

i am new to asp.net.. At present, i am creating a project in asp.net 2.0. I tried to install ajax and successfully i did it but now i can drag and drop the ajax tools in my web page but the function is not working while i debug... Anyone pls provide me help.........

Do you get any error ? Which function is not working ? Have you placed ScriptManager ?
