About data display in different way

I am showing data in gridview in this way

Sr no    TRANSACTION TYPE        dptd_slip_no       NO OF SLIP PROCESSED 
2        ACCOUNT TRANSFER        COM09000000025        1 
3        ACCOUNT TRANSFER        COM09000000067        1 
5        ACCOUNT TRANSFER        POA09000000621        1 
1        INTER DP TRANSFER       10129                 1 
4        INTER DP TRANSFER ID    000000209             1

BUT I want to display in this way previously i am showing in gridview

ACCOUNT TRANSFER
COM09000000025
COM09000000025
COM09000000025
NO OF SLIP ISSUED 3(count of last respective  column)

Please help
Also not getting in which control i should display

You can use GridView Footer Template to Display the NO OF SLIP ISSUED.
