I want to scan an object that contains a bar code, then send the data to a text box.

This is all done by a barcode universal scanner.

i need to know how to link with hardware.

i need to attach scanner with my application so how to open COM for that
bcoz productID come bu this scanner only.

How to link with the hardware is explained in the manual that came with the hardware. We don't know what hardware it is, you did not tell us.

Usually barcode readers mimic the keyboard behaviour, hence there aren't special requirements to handle their input. However, if your device is 'exotic' then you may need to write some code (the manufacturer should then provide at least a API).
