asp.net gridview navigation

I have a dynamic gridview with text boxes in asp.net. I need to navigate within the text boxes with the arrow key i.e the down arrow key should go to the next row of the grid view. Could anyone advise me please?

Write a keydown eventhandler and in that event handler method set selectedindex property appropiately.
