URLs - Context Menu - Add Items

In Windows XP, I changed the registry [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut\shell] to bring up the context menu of the various browsers that I use for URLs which gives this

Then, when I make a right clik on any Url I can see all my browser in context menu

My problem is in Win Seven:
I want to do the same in Windows Seven, but I do not know where to go in register for making modifcations...

May be a shell programming already exist on The Code Project Web site ??

ps: My native language is French... sorry if my question in not clear !
