Getting full file path using input tag of html

Hello,
i am using html input tag for open file dialog box.
i am getting full file path when i run the code in IE,but when i try the same code in other browser like google chrome, it is giving only the name of the file and not the full path.

can anyone plz tell me, how to get full path in chrome or other browsers?
can i use javascript for same?

Hi,

Reading the full path is blocked. This is done to add more browser security. Maybe using an advanced uploader like http://swfupload.org/[^] will solve your problem.
