Email codings through ASP.NEt

Hi!
I am creating a contact us page, in this page some text boxes are there in which the user will fill it details like name, email, comments and when the user clicks the sumbit button a mail should come to my email address along with the details provided by the user. I am unable to write code for mailing, so please help!!!!!
