Report Saving using Asp.net & giving email functionality

I have a report generated using devexpress.I would like to save this report in either word format or PDF format and at the same time I have to give email functionality to the user in such a way that after the file has been saved ,it has to automatically attach to the email,so that user will give 'TO Address' and clicks on send button the email should me sent.
I have gone through google,but didn't get proper idea.As Iam new to Asp.net,I am feeling difficult...so can any body help?
