Please what is the codes used to implement the authentication of fingerprint scans and the biometric database containing the scanned prints. This is meant for a web based voting system application. The site was developed with PHP, Dreamweaver and SQL db

Solution 1

Very difficult, to say the least. Normally Web applications cannot make any assumption on what is installed on the client, set aside controlling hardware. That said, you might need some client-side software (not Web browser) working with the biometric hardware. This topic is well beyond the capabilities of PHP or VB.NET.
