Dropdown list in Gridview

Respect to all,
I have a database ms-access.I have a gridview which consists of 2 dropdownlists,I have edit and delete buttons.
when i click on edit button,that 2 dropdownlists should appear and I should get the data from database columns.
Here I have to update the data if required.

Can any one help me......

I have done in source view with the help of list items---It is executing but i want to get the data from database.
