toolbar not visible in crystal reports

my crystal report is working when i make toolbar visible as false
when i enable it it shows error as
BC30560: 'CrystalReportViewer' is ambiguous in the namespace 'CrystalDecisions.Web'.

with tool bar disabled it is working

the bc 30560 error is visible only on enabling the toolbar
