C# runtime requirements

I have c# .exe file and it's related database (.mdf) which application do I need for running this file. (for example I know that .net framework 4.0 is essential but it make database query error!)

Solution 1

Create a "Setup and Deployment" project, and it will handle all that (including the .NET framework) installation for you. It is a lot easier and safer than trying to do it manually!
