Shows not accepting credentials for share-point designer

Hi to all,

This is siddiqali 2010.I have written workflow for list in SHAREPOINT designer and when i publish it shows message as do not have permission ask for web administrator.And when i give credentials it is not accepting.When i click cancel button it shows as "Could not publish the workflow because the workflow configuration file contains errors."
