Google will help you here - just try searching for "ASP.NET host free" and you should get a lot of responses. Which one you go with will depend on what you want to use with it: some give very small MsSQL databases, some use MySQL, and so forth.

Be aware though that you get what you pay for: Free hosting normally is a lot less reliable than paid, and you may have to pay for technical support, or have a low traffic limit, or have reduced features. Some free hosts also use Mono rather than IIS so the .NET implementation can be a bit "patchy"
