Flash player with playlist

Hi this is Lakshmana Rao. My web page contains a menu which indicates the names of video files, and a flash player. When I click the menu item, that video file is played in the flash player. Here what I want is when I click on the menu item, it gets the path of the video file and that file is played in the player. Can any one get me this Solution?
