hello! i am new to web application. so please give me only a thread so i can learn by myself.
consider a site have a layout and a content. i want content to be loaded every time and not to reload static parts of the site (like banner, footer, side bar,...) is there any way to REFRESH only some parts of a site using MVC 3?

You use master pages and content pages to maintain common features of a site design while having unique content for each page

but what is this in mvc3 with razor engine? is this _layout and view? i heard that this is not i want because it will mix all _layout and view together and Totally post to the client!
