how can i make a sound recorder component for all platforms?

Hi i am going to develop a voice changer program.
Absolutely at first I need to design a part for recording and saving
sounds from Mic or the default device.
The problem is that every code I used or write till now, unfortunately
Throws some exceptions or makes some runtime errors about directx
dll. Something like the dll not matched, not find not valid or even is lock!
I need to find an absolute solution for this software that could be able to works
correctly and installs easily, also runs on any platform (windows series at least!)

If any one knows about the solution I will be really glad to know it.

You problem with "some exception" is not clear. Where is your code? Multiplatform solution for this is a serious problem, of course.

I test 5 complete solution at least by different code and structure none of them works yet.
Which one do you prefer?
Each code includes 3 to over 10 classes.
So I guess that , it's not a good idea to copy them all here
but just please tell me what should I do and I will flow you.
