how to add a menu names from database and their corresponding submenus should be displayed when mouse is moved over the menu

I am doing a project in this i want to add menus in master page. and the menu name should be
change according to the authentication members role(eg:admin,Project manager,teamleader). and the menu names should be get from database table.how can i do this can anybody help?.
i am doing project in asp.net(c#).
