application integration using biztalk server

HELLO,

Sir actually i need some tips on how to connect two applications(two different softwares) using biztalk server i mean if one application send me a ticket and i have to send it to the another application with a acknowledge to the first application, then what should i do ? what should be requirements ? from where should i start ?

I think you should start with some beginner's tutorial/book on Biztalk. From your post, I guess, you are not well aware of Biztalk.
