Wiki has a useful read on logo - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logo[^].

There are a number of tools that could help you create a good logo on the internet.
You can also use a simple graphics editor (like Paint) to build your own logo.

Incidentally when I saw Logo I read it as Lego as well.
