How to Indent TCL code to improve readability

Hi,

I am working on some TCL scripts. I want to indent the code. I googled and found a test editor called VIM(Dirty looking UI, no offence). Even with that I was not able to indent it. If any one knows any better tool or even know how to use this VIM , Please help.
