how to set default layout in codeigniter in every views.

Anyone knows how to set default layout in codeigniter in every views?
I have add new library called "Layout", buut it is not working.

I have done same as given in
http://joedesigns.com/v22/?page=scripts_widgets&id=76[^]

But I am getting blank page... :(
