Admin Rights IN IIS (Inetmgr) 7.

I want to know how to give admin rights to view user web site in inetmgr(IIS 7).
As i typing inetmgr in run this will show me IIS server,but doesn't show me web sites inside host .but sites are working need your help.i am trying to view IIS 7 of remote server by remote desktop connection using that PC's admin User.
it's not case that my PC's IP is Blocked other wise this wont show me website.
please help guys.

why i can't see website any reasons, do you guys knows?. what kind of admin rights need as this user is already a administrator.
