Carefully.

To be less flippant, that is way, way too big a question for a simple answer.

You need a book, or preferably three: One on Linq (big subject), one of WCF (also a big subject) and one on WPF (his time a HUGE subject). You might also want a book on using WPF in a website, as that is another whole big subject all on it's own.
