You still creating new things for VB6 which has been retired? Is this a legacy app you are still supporting?

Hi DaveAuld, thank you for your comment. But you dont tell me why I still use VB6, nowadays VB6 is not used much to create app, but with small app then VB6 is useful, Im doing my project with this language, in my opinion, you should help me do this problem above, thank you, hope you help me continue.

I wasn't telling you anything, i was asking a question..............but seeing as you have answered it, and you are creating small tools from new, then you should move to vb.net, it is so much better than VB6 once you get round the shift, I was reluctant to switch, but haven't now touched 6 for what seems an eternity.......as for your question, i'll have to pass.......been too long to say.

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot. Because in ActiveX DLL projects VB does not let you create a public UserControl. You may still use ActiveX Control project type which will allow public controls.
