Language setting in ASP.Net

Hi,
How to change the Document based on selected Company?For example:
I have a document in the English Language, I uploaded in the server Path. three Language in the asp:DropDownList.1)English2)Spanish3)German.
When user select Spanish or German language,Document will display based on language.How to do this ?
