1) It might be urgent to you, but it's not urgent to anyone else, most of the regulars here at this Q&A takes great offense to that, as it is considered rude.
2) Please is spelled please not plz
3) You ask way to broad questions. If you want an answer ask a more specific question, such as a problem you have with code you've actually tried to do something with but troubles you in some way.
