Using subscript in .net

I want to export an excel with subscript value to sql server 2008. The subscript is getting passeed as normal text.
Also I want to show that value in a textbox in my web page. Do some update and save it back.
Has anyone gone through such scenario please help me

I want to export the data from excel to sql.In excel there is a field say "parameter" which contains subscript values.I want to save it to sql.

The question is not clear.Do you want to update the data in SQL DB or in excel?
