How to integrate Ajax in sharepoint 2007?

i worked based on the follwing link.

Error:in internet explorer 6.0 the tag <asp:ScriptManager> is not permitted.


i checked this error in google.

followed this link.

added one line:

<%@ Register TagPrefix="telerik" Namespace="Telerik.Web.UI" Assembly="Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2010.1.519.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4" %>
Then it is Globally deployed.

my error is if i add a webpart,then Error came:Unable to add selected web part(s). Cannot import ajaxintegrate Web Part.

help me pls.i am waiting for your response.
