How to find a portion of a number

Dear,
I have in serious problem for writing a query like,
I have 50,50.1,50.2,100.3,10000.2 quantity.
I need when no point then like 50,when point I need like
50.1 then 50 and 1,when 10000.2 then 10000 and 2
example:
50=output=50
50.1= output=50 and 1
10000.2=output=10000 and 2

obviously it will be in oracle & searching based on point

Please Help me thanks in advance
