How to insert tex, pictuers and video clips into MSQL database then how to retrive or search them

Helo am trying to build a simple application that can help me to store some data like simple video clips,pictures and document in mysql database and to be able to retrieve by searching it using a TextBox. am using visual studio 2008 and c-sharp as my friendly programming language. Thanks so much to The code project its really containing very educative articles that am in love with.
if only you could help me with c-sharp code for this solution because the idea is not to retrieve all at once but specific content at a time and displaying it in the same application. am imagining an electronic doctor system where by some one types or describes his sickness and a solution is retrieved from the already stored solution in the database the displayed in the respective controls.

Solution 1

The most common and easy way of doing it is save your videos and images into one folder and save it's URL in database

Another method is convert your images into binary and save to database
