This kind of question is asked so often that it should not be hard to find the answer on the web... Also it is not that hard to figure out by looking available properties in the inspector ()which is a good idea anyway to have a good idea of what can be done at design time).

Solution 1

Set the Form.FormBorderStyle Property[^] to FixedDialog[^].
Set Form.MaximizeBox Property[^] and Form.MinimizeBox Property[^] to false.

Set your windows form property FormBorderStyle to one of the "Fixed..." options.
