In Excel,retrieve(calculate) those records which is not present in the first column ,The details is given below:----

In Excel,first column has 10 records and second column has 20 records
but the second column has same 10 records match with the first column.
So now i wantto retrieve(calculate) those records which is not present in the first column
but present in the second column in MSExcel.
How can we do this?
