how can i convert Word to XMl and back again

I want convert my word document to XMl and back again.

actually i need to change my watermark text. if i do it using Interop.word, it takes 10 min. (my document has 100 pages). So i decide to change in XML directly.

i can do it manually by saving word to XML and backagain.

how can i do it using C#.NET.
