Authentication cookies are not created to windows 2008 server

Hi,

I am using SSL with Authentication Cookies in the .net web application but the Cookies are not being created on the Windows 2008 server what can be the reason and how it can be solved.

The default server settings on the Win 2008 server do not allow active content. Check the settings with your serve administrator.

And its risky to allow cookies on the server. If you want to test any website hosted on the server, then test it from some other machine instead of the server
