How to delete Temporary Internet Files in xp

I use system("del") like that I gave.
But it not reading the path.

How do I delete the files under
C:\Documents and Settings\users\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

I use DeleteFile() method but it needs the file name.

I am unable to read the file name in that folder.
