I just want to have a basic idea how do i have to create and use resource files
so that my resource file can be changed according to the language in session. or something like that.

Solution 1

You can start by going through ASP.NET Globalization and Localization[^].
Of course, you will need a Hindi font to display text in Hindi on a website.
