how can use digital pen in c# application

i have digital pen : mobile note taker
i want to use it in windows application
i use from Microsoft.ink.dll and agilix in my application but they does not work i want. they work like mouse.
I can not dll add to refrence. it will be error.
i use [DllImport] command for use dlls of digital pen but I have no knowledge of any of its functions
can help me?
it is necessary.

I also want the solution of above question: if you get solution then please help me. I want to use digital pen in windows application. I get xy points but how to draw this xy coordination in my picture box that solution I not getting. I am using pegasus.
Please give me solution. Thanks in advance.

You might what to consider asking your own question instead of asking a question disguised as a solution to another question. Which, in fact, is not a question at all.
