Is there anyway to embed an entire program into a webpage, UI and all, or would I need to write separate code and UI for both, I know you should be able to use C# dlls in a asp, or php code, but can you embed the entire program, so users could use online or download?

It depends on what do you mean by the "entire program". Almost all of them -- no. Download -- yes.

Find a remote desktop tool, like:

well this isn't what I needed but thanks for trying. I'm betting it's not possible to do what I need but again thanks for trying to point me in the right direction.

If you rewamp your design, and use user controls inplace of forms, then it's possible to embed the user controls on a page. Your site will have to be trusted by the user though ...

Ya i was just trying to avoid having to rewrite the code in another language, but if I've got to rewrite it I might as well, just break down and use html/java to do it :( but thanks for the input it was very interesting.
