SplitContainer in SplitContainer 2nd SplitContainer SpliterWidth not functioning

SplitPanels have two panels which are seperated by a spliter. One has the ability to change the width of the spliter simply by changing the value of spliterwidth. I needed 3 panels not two, so I put a new splitcontainer in the first container specifically in panel2. I've changed both splitwidth's to 32, but for some reason the second container uses the default value for splitwidth. Any ideas?

Check to see if Splitter2 in Panel2 of Splitter1 has its Dock property set, and this may be having size/re-size side-effects.

Solution 1

As a solution don't know if it is the best. I put this.splitercontainer2.spliterwidth = 32; after the initialization.
