Not able to find the Tables in SQl Server 2005 on windows 7

I am new to vb.net programming. i want to learn vb.net with sql server as a backend. I have downloaded many versions of SQL server 2005 and installed on windows 7 but can not find the tables in that.
i want to download sql server 2005 but i need help in that i,e which version to download and where to download. Please send a LINK of the same .

Not entirely sure what you mean by can't find tables, but also consider SQL Server 2008 instead of 2005. You can get the express editions here:

And you can also get a lightweight version of Management Studio here:

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=7593[^]

Totally recommend Management Studio - obviously comes in very handy.
